Why is there less merchandise in the new WGU Store?
- We are moving to a new model than we previously had to reduce the cost of merchandise and have higher quality merchandise! Therefore, we have scaled back on the number of items available. We will add more options, styles, and products, so please check in often to see new products.
Do employees get an employee discount on the external store?
- At the moment, there is no employee discount on the external WGU Store. We have dropped prices significantly with the new launch to help everyone have better accessibility to WGU merchandise. We will update you with more information if this changes.
When will I receive a response to my email?
- We strive to attend to all emails daily. However, all WGU Store emails will be responded to within 3-4 business days at the very latest.
What is Redo/Free Return Shipping?
- When an item is added to the cart, this feature is automatically added as well. This is to cover free unlimited returns. If you are uninterested in purchasing this feature, you are able to remove it when viewing the cart. Please note that this feature covers only the cost of return shipping and not the re-shipping of items in the event of an exchange.
I ordered my merchandise 5 days ago, how come I do not have a tracking number yet?
- Currently, all orders on the WGU Store are print-on-demand and therefore will take up to 10 business days to ship. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped.
I placed my order for an event/gift item. When will it ship?
- All gift orders typically ship within one month of placing the order as they are produced on demand. We recommend referring to any email instruction sent for when you should expect delivery. When the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
My order was returned to sender. What should I do?
- Once the order is received and processed back at our warehouse, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. You are welcome to repurchase the item(s) back on our site.
Is there an in-person WGU store?
- We do not have an in-person store, but we do set up pop-up stores at each of our commencements.
What is the return policy?
- In-person events: All sales are final, as listed on the price sheet at the event. There are no refunds for merchandise sold at in-person events.
- Online orders:
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Returns:
We accept all unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 30 days of receiving the item(s). All original tags must be attached. Merchandise that has tags removed, shows signs of wear, or smells of perfume is not valid for return and no refund will be issued. WGU Store has the right to deny any returns.
If an order is returned to sender for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. A refund notification will be sent and you are welcome to repurchase the item(s) on our site.
How to return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Return Portal HERE.
If you purchased the Free Return Shipping via Redo, you will be provided with a return shipping label at the end of the portal. If you did not purchase this feature, you will be able to purchase a return label at the end.
Please note that WGU Store does not cover the re-shipping of items for an exchange, even with the purchase of the Free Return Shipping. This cost comes at the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please initiate a return as soon as possible. You will need to provide the order number and an image of the item(s) so we can best help.
Refunds:
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive them. If a refund was requested, it will be issued to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, the refund will go back to the same card, and the code will be sent to you via email.
Exchanges:
If an exchange was initiated, the requested item(s) will begin processing once the return is in transit and you should receive a confirmation email at that time. Please note that these orders go back into our typical shipping queue and can take 10 business days to ship. We are working on making this process quicker as we continue to expand the WGU Store.
Once the new item(s) ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
