Why is there less merchandise in the new WGU Store?

  • We are moving to a new model than we previously had to reduce the cost of merchandise and have higher quality merchandise! Therefore, we have scaled back on the number of items available. We will add more options, styles, and products, so please check in often to see new products.

Do employees get an employee discount on the external store?

  • At the moment, there is no employee discount on the external WGU Store. We have dropped prices significantly with the new launch to help everyone have better accessibility to WGU merchandise. We will update you with more information if this changes.

When will I receive a response to my email?

  • We strive to attend to all emails daily. However, all WGU Store emails will be responded to within 3-4 business days at the very latest.

I ordered my merchandise 5 days ago, how come I do not have a tracking number yet?

  • Currently, all orders on the WGU Store are print-on-demand and therefore will take up to 10 business days to ship. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped.

What is the return policy?

  • In-person events: All sales are final, as listed on the price sheet at the event. There are no refunds for merchandise sold at in-person events.
