Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Murray, Utah. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. 

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. 

At this time, WGU Store does not ship internationally. 

Orders that are placed on Fridays will not be processed until the following week as our warehouse is closed on the weekends. Orders that are placed on major U.S. holidays will be processed within 2-3 business days after the holiday.

* All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Please note that holidays, carrier issues, and weather conditions may affect/delay processing and delivery times.

WGU Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once an order has been shipped. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim.
