Orders & Shipping

We strive to attend to all emails daily. However, all WGU Store emails will be responded to within 3-4 business days at the very latest.

Redo is an optional add-on added to your cart automatically. It covers unlimited free return shipping. You may remove it at checkout if you prefer.It does not cover outbound shipping for exchanges.

Currently, all orders on the WGU Store are print-on-demand and therefore will take up to 10 business days to ship. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped.

All gift orders typically ship within one month of placing the order as they are produced on demand. We recommend referring to any email instruction sent for when you should expect delivery. When the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Once a package is received back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the merchandise total only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or the carrier’s error (e.g., USPS misdelivery). Returns due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will not be refunded. Each package returned to sender will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by a WGU Store team member. You are welcome to repurchase items at any time.

At this time, we do not have a formal international checkout experience through the WGU Store. However, we are able to manually process orders for international orders.
Please note:

  • Shipping for International orders will be the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on the items ordered and your location. The total shipping cost will be included in the invoice sent for your order.
  • International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To request an international order, please email wgustore@wgu.edu and include the items you’d like to purchase and your shipping address.

Returns & Order Policies

In-Person Events:
All sales are final, as stated on event price sheets. Merchandise purchased at in-person events is not eligible for return or refund.

Online Orders:Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unused items within 15 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached.
Items with removed tags, signs of wear, or scents (perfume, etc.) are not eligible for return.
The WGU Store reserves the right to deny returns.

If your order is returned to sender for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. You may repurchase the item(s) through our site.

Begin your return or exchange through our Return Portal.

  • If you purchased Free Return Shipping via Redo, a return label will be provided at the end of the portal.
  • If not, you’ll have the option to purchase a return label.

Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive them.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear. Gift card refunds return to the original gift card, and the code will be re-emailed to you.

Please note: Free Return Shipping covers the return label only. The cost to ship exchanged items back to you is the customer’s responsibility. For defective or incorrect items, please start a return as soon as possible and include your order number and a photo so we can assist.

Exchanges begin processing once your return is in transit.
Exchanged items enter our standard shipping queue and can take up to 10 business days to ship.

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your replacement ships.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.The WGU Store reserves the right to deny returns.

WGU Labs items are exclusive to approved employees.
If you're a WGU Labs employee experiencing access issues, please email wgustore@wgu.edu

Yes. Eligible employees will see their discount applied in the cart before checkout. It will appear above the cart total, not on individual items.

Gift Cards

If you see “enter a valid gift card,” the card may be expired. Expired gift cards cannot be replaced.

Current WGU students and alumni can earn new gift cards through the Owl’s Nest by completing activities and redeeming points. If you have further questions about your Owl's Nest gift card, please reach out to them directly at owlsnest@wgu.edu

General Questions

No. However, we host pop-up shops at WGU commencement events.

We’ve shifted to a new model to offer better quality and more affordable items. Additional styles and products will continue to roll out, so check back regularly for new arrivals.
